Yes, every module of IMPACT has certain export options: Either as PDF or Excel, depending on the data type. All users can export data based on their privilege level.

For certain actions in the Insights and GRR – The relevant users get notified through emails. The list of users receiving notifications is completely configurable and is dependent on actions taken on the system.

Yes, IMPACT can be fully integrated with the existing systems through APIs. Freyr Implementation Team will work closely with Client IT team to smooth out the integration processes.

Software as a service (SaaS) differs from the traditional model because the software (application) is already installed and configured. You can simply provision the server for an instance in cloud, and in a couple hours, you’ll have the application ready for use. Yes, while freya can be accessed through on-premises access credentials (E.g., Internal Email ID), we can provide SSO integration capabilities for smooth access, on client demand. SSO integration is only applicable for Plus and Enterprise Plans.

Currently, we don’t support accessing freya through mobile. freya is best accessed through Edge and Chrome on a laptop/desktop with the following minimum requirements:

2. Content Owners/Workflow participants have restricted modification access.
3. End Users have only read only access. The list of users with varying privilege levels can be customized.

Yes, the ” Compare Report” options allows users to check what’s added and what’s deleted through a side-by-side panel view. Additions are marked in Green while deletions are marked through a red strikethrough.
